My name is Leslie Harrell. I am the designer and founder of Blitz Concessions. Like most of you, I have spent my fair share of time volunteering in various capacities with my kids' programs over the years. I have managed concessions, assembled entire fundraisers, and been a team lead on many fun things. I consider myself a wealth of knowledge on the concessions front, but I want to create a space for people to discuss how they operate different aspects of their concessions program.
